Katie Ewald obtained a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in studio art with a concentration in photography at Washington University in St. Louis in May, 2019. She is currently getting a Masters in Interior Architecture and Design at Academy of Art University with an expected graduation date in Spring of 2025. After completing her masters she intends to pursue NCIDQ certification.

She is a prolific kitchen and bath designer, but loves the entirety of the interior architecture and design field. Her background in studio art, coupled with a love for immersive experiences led her to exploring interior design as the ultimate form of interactive art. Whether it is a space we frequent every day like our homes, or those we just pass through, each surface is a new opportunity to create a captivating environment.

Growing up in Maine and traveling all over the globe has impacted her work and shows in her creative and laid back attitude and design process.
